The bottles (plastic or metal) are automatically palletized and then lowered to the filling line (tray to 2.7 m).
The equipment is suitable for stacking bottles in inverted trays or sheets.
The system automatically unloads bottles to the filling line and is composed of Rdz manipulator and DMAM platform. The Rdz robot picks up the number of layers of bottles and allows the bottles to be stacked and fed into the filling line. According to the requirements of the production line, there are different bottle alignment systems. The robot will automatically pick up the paper / tray and store it in the attached warehouse.
Alternatively, a complete tray conveyor can also be integrated at the entrance of the palletizer and a buffer zone for empty pallets at the exit.
