The bottles (plastic, metal or glass) are automatically palletized and then lowered to the filling line (pallets up to 1.5 m).
The equipment is suitable for stacking bottles in inverted trays or sheets. The maximum height of the tray depends on the height of the input conveyor of the filling line.
It consists of an electric pallet lifting platform and an automatic carriage with a frame that slides the layers from the tray to the launch pad. According to the requirements of the production line, there are different bottle alignment systems from the table to the input conveyor of the filling line.
(optional) it can include a system for automatically retrieving worksheets / trays and their nearby storage. The complete tray conveyor can also be integrated at the entrance of the palletizer and the storage space for empty pallets can be integrated at the exit.
