Our vls-r system uses a pressure drop test to check for leaks in closed bottles / containers.
Its simple, rugged and high-tech design gives it a high degree of reliability, sensitivity and accuracy in production from 6000 to 24000 BPH, depending on the number of heads and the type of rotation system.
This is an automatic rotating machine with electronic devices based on and & or microprocessors. The test is carried out in a closed fume hood, and the vacuum test is conducted inside the closed bottle (filled or empty bottle), and then vacuumized. There is leakage at the outlet of the bottle / container when the pressure changes during the specified period of time.

Mechanical properties:
The set has stainless steel and pet fairing.
Stainless steel rotary bearing with ball bearing, axial radius and centralized grease.
The rotating group moves continuously through the cam, and the bell is synchronized with the head to form a watertight chamber around the container.
It is fed to the machine via a conveyor with an inlet / outlet star via a ring screw.

Automatic leak detection calibration.
The sensitivity is 0.1 mbar (holes up to 0.15 mm in diameter can be detected in 1 litre regardless of the shape, temperature and atmospheric conditions of the container).
Select the mass of the desired container (super, normal).
Touch screen (display), for parameter programming and visualization, production indication (container / hour), number of test containers, number of good and bad, quantitative test results (leakage). Light and / or acoustic alarms indicate if there is a damaged container and the cause value is displayed on the screen.
The output is used to transfer digital data to the PC (optional).
