working principle
The working principle of the device is based on calculating the pressure gradient measured laterally as the bottle passes through the machine. This is accomplished by using two 5kg-15kg load cells to complete 6000 zones (holes with a maximum diameter of 0.1mm are detected in 1L). The device is then allowed to self regulate and not be affected by atmospheric changes.

Detect defects or incorrect corks in cork.
Detect the holes in the container.
The central control unit has the following general features:
Automatic calibration.
Working parameters are programmed via the touch screen: delay and rejection times, container type, maximum allowable leakage level, transport speed (external or internal, etc.)
Display production data, number of good and bad containers, leakage level in each test, and indication of maximum allowable leakage.
If more than one continuous defective container is found, a warning light is displayed.
Sensitivity 2 G - equivalent to 0.1 mm hole in 1 liter container
The leak container removal unit will be installed at the outlet of the test conveyor belt.
