Flexible palletizing for 5 gallon containers (20 liters) in racks and/or over pallets, by an anthropomorphic robot, generally installed at the end of the filling line.
It is a fully automatic palletizing/inserting system into racks and it can include the automatic supply of pallets and a racks/pallets transportation system.

The system includes:

Bottle conveyor from the line to the pick-up area.
Anthropomorphic robot, model selected depending on line specifications.
Gripper designed depending on line specifications to handle 5 Gal containers and to insert them into racks or pallets.
Optionally, it can include:

Automatic pallet warehouse.
Pallet conveyor and end of line (wrapping, strapping, labeling).
