Bottle palletizer into individual or half carton trays. It is a fully automatic system designed to work at medium/high production rates. It usually includes:

Bottle divider at the inlet to form layers (it allows working with different formats and layer configurations, with an easy change over with no parts changing, automatic format change through the control panel).
Universal pick-up gripper to work with all formats without changing any parts.
Automatic tray former (folding system with hot glue).
Automatic palletizer with a motorized platform. The maximum pallet height is determined by the height of the line (input bottle conveyor).
Automatic pallet warehouse.
